- The software
- SentraZero provides a self-hosted agent and a control plane for orchestration. The agent executes on infrastructure you own or control.
- Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your data, your storage, your plugin code, and the credentials or API keys you use. You are also responsible for the legal basis on which you process that data.
- Plugin keys
- Signing and provider keys are client-owned. Per-client plugin builds may embed client-owned keys by design. We do not move, extract, or centralise them across clients.
- Acceptable use
- Do not use SentraZero to process data unlawfully, to bypass the sandbox or plugin signature checks, or to resell the platform without a written agreement.
- Availability
- The agent is provided as-is. We aim to keep the control plane available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Self-hosted processing continues to depend on your own infrastructure.
- Commercial terms
- Managed engagements are governed by a signed quotation and MSA. Contact contact@sentrazero.com for the current agreement.
Before the first paid invoice, the governing agreement and invoicing details are confirmed with the client in writing.
